Triple eccentric butterfly valve is one type of butterfly valve in
which the axis of the valve stem deviates from both the center of
the disc and the center of the body, and the axis of the valve seat
rotation is at a certain angle to the axis of the valve body
channel. the valve body and valve seat of the triple eccentric hard
seal butterfly valve are connected components, and the sealing
surface of the valve seat is welded with heat-resistant and
corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft stacked
sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate, triple eccentric
butterfly valves nowadays are widely used in industrial pipelines
such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and
drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature
is ≤ 425 ℃. They are used to regulate flow and cut off fluid.
Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this type of butterfly
valve has high temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction
during opening and closing, and compensates for sealing as the
torque of the transmission mechanism increases when closing,
improving the sealing performance and extending the service life of
the butterfly valve. It has been widely used in many fields such as
petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, and hydropower etc
fields.

Product features:
1. The hard sealed butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric hard
sealing structure, with less wear on the valve seat and butterfly
plate, and has a tighter sealing function as it closes.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual
advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has
excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperature
conditions, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of welded
hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a quilted frame
structure, with high strength, large overcurrent area, and low flow
resistance.
5. According to user needs, hard sealed butterfly valves can be
designed with bi-directional sealing function, which is not limited
by the flow direction of the medium or affected by spatial location
during installation, and can be installed in any direction.
