Product introduction:
A pneumatic thin-type ball valve is a valve where the ball rotates
90° around an axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists
of a piston-type double-acting or single-acting (spring-return)
pneumatic actuator and an O-type valve structure. Equipped
with accessories such as solenoid valves, air filter regulators,
limit switches (valve position indicators), or electro-pneumatic
valve positioners, it enables automatic regulating control or
on-off (two-position) cutoff control of fluid media in process
pipelines.

Product features:
1. Pneumatic ball valves have low fluid resistance, being the
smallest among all valve types. They can be quickly and
conveniently opened/closed, using compressed air as power to drive
the valve stem through a piston rack and gear
mechanical transmission, rotating the ball 0-90° with torque output
in angular stroke to rapidly complete opening/closing or
regulating actions. The ball core channel is flat and smooth, less
prone to medium deposition, allowing pipeline pigging. It
features a simple structure, light weight, and good sealing
performance, serving as an actuator unit for instruments in
automatic control systems.
2. Equipped with an electro-pneumatic valve positioner, using
electrical signals and compressed air as power, it accepts
0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signals input by the control system.
The regulator converts compressed air into air
source pressure signals for input/output, changing the rotation
angle of the ball core to achieve proportional regulation.
3. With solenoid directional control valves and valve position
indicators, using AC220V or DC24V power supply and
compressed air as power, it realizes fast on-off (two-position)
cutoff control of fluid media.
4. The pneumatic actuator adopts a piston-type cylinder and crank
arm conversion structure, offering large output torque
and a compact size. It uses a fully sealed waterproof design with a
high protection level. The cylinder body is a mirror-
finished cylinder for oil-free lubrication, featuring low friction
coefficient, corrosion resistance, and super
durability/reliability.
All transmission bearings use boundary self-lubricating bearings
for oil-free lubrication, ensuring no wear on the drive shaft.
