Product introduction:
The one-piece ball valve and the flanged gate valve belong to the
same type of valve. The difference is that its closing part is
a ball, which rotates around the centerline of the valve body to
achieve opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used in
pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of
media. The one-piece ball valve is a relatively new type of ball
valve, with some unique advantages from its own structure, such as
frictionless switching, non-wearing seals, and small
opening/closing torque. This can reduce the specification of the
equipped actuator. Equipped with a multi-turn electric
actuator, it can achieve precise regulation and tight shut-off of
the medium. The Guangzhou-style ball valve is a new type of
valve widely adopted in recent years, mainly used in petrochemical,
urban water supply and drainage, and other scenarios
requiring strict cut-off.

Product features:
1. Low fluid resistance, with a resistance coefficient equal to
that of a pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small volume, and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable. Currently, plastic is widely used as the
sealing
surface material for ball valves, offering good sealing
performance, and it has been widely applied in vacuum systems.
4. Easy to operate with rapid switching—only a 90° rotation is
needed from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.
5. Simple maintenance. Ball valves have a simple structure, and the
sealing rings are generally movable, making
disassembly and replacement relatively convenient.
6. When fully open or closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and
valve seat are isolated from the medium, so the medium
will not erode the valve sealing surfaces during passage.
7. Wide application range. It can be used from a small diameter of
several millimeters to a large diameter of several meters,
and from high vacuum to high pressure. When the ball rotates 90
degrees, the spherical surface should fully cover the
inlet and outlet positions to intercept the flow.
