Product introduction:
With excellent performance and reliability, fully welded ball
valves are widely used in underground pipeline scenarios such

fully welded ball valves adopt an integral full-welding process

materials or A105 forgings. Through precision forging and
non-destructive testing processes, it ensures that the valve body
has no casting defects such as sand holes or air pockets, thus
eliminating the risk of valve body leakage from the source.

Product features:
1. The body uses the all welded structure, there won't be the
phenomenon such as external leakage, the valve structure is more
compact, easy instalation.
2. Low operating torque: valve adopts the self-lubricating backing
PTFE metal collar, small friction torque, to ensure that the valve
to operate under the condition of the low torque.
3. Double block and excretion function (DBB): both sides ofthe valve
in the cloed position and the ballunder pressure at the same time,
the bodylumenofmedium (gas or liquid) from the drain valve
discharge.
4. Double piston efect seat structure design: both sides ofthe seat
underthe action of pressure seal(double piston effect,. Double
sealing seat desigrfeatures: once the upstream seat is damaged and
leaking, medium pressure on the downstream side intothe valve
