Product introduction:
The trunnion ball valve is a new generation of high-performance
ball valves suitable for long-distance transmission pipelines
and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, and
resistance to harsh environments have been specially considered in
the design, making it suitable for various corrosive and
non-corrosive media. Compared with floating ball valves, when in
operation, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of
the valve on the ball is entirely transmitted to the bearings,
preventing the ball from moving toward the valve seat. As a result,
the valve seat does not bear excessive pressure, so the
trunnion ball valve features low torque, minimal valve seat
deformation, stable sealing performance, and a long service life,
making it suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter
applications. The advanced spring-loaded pre-valve seat assembly
has a self-tightening feature to achieve upstream sealing. Each
valve is equipped with two valve seats, which can seal in
both directions, so there are no flow direction restrictions during
installation, making it bi-directional.

using the mechanical force from the valve stem to press
the ball against the seat, ensuring that the sealing performance is
not affected by changes in pipeline pressure difference
and remains reliable under various working conditions.
6. Self-cleaning structure for sealing surfaces: When the ball
tilts away from the seat, the pipeline fluid passes uniformly
around the ball's sealing surface at 360°, not only eliminating
local erosion of the seat by high-velocity fluid but also
washing away deposits on the sealing surface to achieve
self-cleaning.
