Product introduction:
Soft-sealed butterfly valves, as components used to achieve on-off
control and flow regulation in pipeline systems, have been widely
applied in numerous fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy,
hydropower, etc. In existing butterfly valve technologies, most
sealing types adopt structural designs with sealing materials like
rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. Due to structural limitations,
they are unsuitable for industries requiring high-temperature
resistance, high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and
wear resistance.
A relatively advanced type is the triple-eccentric metal
hard-sealed butterfly valve, where the valve body and seat are
integrated components. The sealing surface of the valve seat is
overlaid with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy
materials through surfacing welding. Multi-layer soft stacked
sealing rings are fixed on the valve disc. Compared with
traditional butterfly valves, this type offers advantages such as
high-temperature resistance, lightweight operation, frictionless
opening/closing, sealing compensation through increased torque of
the transmission mechanism during closure, improved sealing
performance, and extended service life.
